Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in applications engineering, preferably in automation.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
Knowledge of CSA, ANSI, and CE standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and team coordination.
Skilled in conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.
Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
