Rigid and Stable Press for Blanking & Punching Operations
Macrodyne Blanking and Punching presses have a rigid press structure including deep slides with high width to height ratios to accommodate the unique forces experienced in Blanking applications. The design of these structures is optimised using finite element analysis, resulting in increased part quality consistency due to minimal deflection of the press frame and dies.
