Macrodyne hydraulic open die forging presses feature heavy, rigid press frames with deep, heavy fabricated slides with high guide ratios. The high guide ratio feature results in precision guiding, parallel slide motion, and eccentric load capacity.
Our presses offer systematized coordination between the plant design and other related systems like press manipulators to give productivity and repeatability.
Part Temperature Control Packages ensure billet temperatures are within the specified range required by the specific application. These packages are also typically provided with billet temperature reject chutes to accommodate the automatic removal of billets that do not meet process requirements.
