Macrodyne Transfer Presses and our Transfer Systems are designed with flexibility and versatility enabling the production of large to small, simple to intricate parts using transfer dies or progressive dies. Our Transfer Presses feature open construction for easy access and integration for blank loaders, conveyors, and other transfer peripherals from all four sides of the press, improving the seamless movement of parts through the dies.
These presses can be single or multi stationed, based on the process requirement, and can handle a wide range of pressing applications that require higher stroke rates and tonnage. Process efficiency is achieved by rigid press frames with deep, heavy fabricated slides with high guide ratios for precision guiding, parallel slide motion, and enhanced eccentric load capacity.
