Each press features a vacuum chamber that removes air before pressing. This reduces the heat, pressure and bumping required to produce uniform, consistent parts.
These presses are ideal for compression molding and lamination, where precision is critical. They’re used for wood laminates, rubber, electronic circuitry, plastics, and composites, all with consistent, dependable results.
Our vacuum presses can be designed with heated platens to apply consistent, pinpoint pressure when bonding layered materials to ensure trapped air and volatile compounds are eliminated from the final product. User-defined press controls can accommodate multi-step profiling for speed control and pressure control, with variable ramp rates between profiles. An integrated data system can capture readings for pressure, heat, date/time and more, customized to each client’s requirements.
